Griddle Grilled Corn on the Cob

When summer rolls around, I think of fresh sweet corn!! I love stopping by little stands along a country road that has fresh sweet corn or going to farmers markets to find this fresh produce. Farm to Table is the best!!

Easy Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls

These strawberry cinnamon rolls are perfectly soft and packed with gooey strawberry filling and lemon cream cheese frosting. They’re easier than they look!

Tomato Confit

The best part about tomato confit is the flavor – slow-roasting the tomatoes in olive oil brings out their natural sweetness, and the texture transforms into something wonderfully soft yet still holding their shape, giving you perfect little flavor bombs to pop in your mouth.

Bacon Fried Corn

This Bacon-Fried Corn is a simple side dish that packs a wallop in the flavor department. Loaded with bacon and sweet, tender corn kernels, this is an easy side that is made quickly on your Blackstone griddle or in a large skillet.

Fresh Tomato Quiche

Summer is here, and with it comes the abundance of those ruby red gems… tomatoes. All shapes and forms, when in season, make your meal one of the most sought-after.

White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Indulge in the sweetness of summer with these white chocolate covered strawberries. This easy-to-follow recipe is the perfect blend of juicy, fresh strawberries and rich, creamy white chocolate.

Green Bean Tomato Salad

A fresh and flavorful side dish that you can enjoy year-round is green bean tomato salad. Not only is this delicious salad easy to prepare, but it also contains healthy ingredients that will make you feel great after eating it.

How to Cook Yellow Beans

We all look forward to the fresh beans coming out of the garden each year! This boiled beans recipe is one that I have been making for over 30 years, so I know it is the perfect recipe!
